We are pleased to announce the start of our collaboration with ICIF, the renowned Italian Culinary Institute for Foreign Professionals. The mission shared immediately with ICIF is to qualify, protect, and promote the image of Italian cuisine, in all its forms, spreading the excellence of Made in Italy across the world through professional training. From Gelato and Pastry courses to Cooking and Oenology Masters, the Institute offers a rich calendar of appointments for all the different specializations.
