We are pleased to announce the start of our collaboration with ICIF, the renowned Italian Culinary Institute for Foreign Professionals.

ICIF was founded in 1991 with the aim of protecting, qualifying and promoting the image of Italian cuisine and products among professionals working in catering in Italy and abroad.

Since then, making use of professional chefs and sommeliers, collaborating with starred chefs, sector experts, university professors and hotel and restaurant managers, it organizes 1st and 2nd level Masters on Italian Regional Cuisine, Culture and Oenology as well as themed courses specific to Pizza, Ice Cream, Chocolate, Bakery, Pastry, Vegan and Gluten Free Cuisine, Italian wines and food-wine pairing for groups of young Italian and foreign professionals (Chefs, Sommeliers, restaurateurs) who intend to acquire an “Italian” specialisation.

Furthermore, among the aims of the Institute, the promotion of Made in Italy has always stood out among all others, through participation in major events and the fight against counterfeiting and imitation of Italian agro-food products abroad and by collaborating with companies producing Italian excellence trains young foreign professionals in the knowledge of quality products, transmitting the values of authenticity and respect, hospitality, food safety and the Italian lifestyle.
