Semifreddo Chantilly Premium, is a neutral paste base which, thanks to this characteristic, can be used simply both in the cream whipping machine and in the planetary mixer. The semifreddo obtained, with a creamy and stable structure, leaves space for the creativity of the Artisan. Excellent for making delicious profiteroles, and also ideal to be served at positive temperatures. Being free of milk and derivatives, it is therefore possible to combine it easily with a vegetable cream for a totally vegan semifreddo.

Semifreddo Cioccolato

Nucleo in pasta al gusto cioccolato che grazie a questa caratteristica permette un impiego semplice sia in montapanna che in planetaria. Il semifreddo ottenuto, dalla struttura cremosa e stabile, lascia ampio spazio alla creatività dell’Artigiano. Ideale anche per l’utilizzo a temperatura positiva e ottimo per la realizzazione di golosi profiteroles. Semifreddo Cioccolato è inoltre privo di latte e derivati, è quindi possibile ottenere semifreddi senza lattosio utilizzando panna delattosata.
