Premio Pasticceria Giovani 2025

This year, Fructital once again partnered with the “Associazione Pièce” to organize the third edition of the national competition “Premio Pasticceria Giovani,” which took place in Turin on March 10th and 11th, dedicated entirely to young talents from hospitality schools across Italy.

The new format allowed teachers to interact with their students in real-time during the creation of the product—the modern tart—which was the theme of this edition. It also provided the young participants with the opportunity to test not only their execution skills but also their overall professional approach, from the technical competence they had acquired to their ability to focus and face unforeseen challenges, transforming them into creative opportunities.

As always, the students exceeded all expectations, thanks also to the advice and encouragement of an extraordinary jury led by technical director Giancarlo Alosa and composed of Ivo Corsini, Imma Iovine, Giulio Lauciello, and Leonardo Di Carlo, who also led the masterclass “I Don’t Follow, I Choose,” which opened the second day of the competition.

The winner of this edition was Monica Martino, 18 years old, a student at IIS Virginio-Donadio in Dronero (CN). Her teacher, Concettina Audino, received the Memorial Captain Rosso Award. Second place went to Davide Mazza, 17 years old, from Ipsseoa Savioli in Riccione (RN), a student of Prof. Ezio Caramia. Third place went to Tommaso Rosso, just 16 years old, a student at APRO Formazione in Alba (CN), mentored by Prof. Tiziana Ciofani.
